We want to take this opportunity to thank you for the fabulous addition you have created for our home.
We were pleased, from the first moment we met with Garry and he helped us to design the new pool, all the way through the entire pool building process. All of your subs were very professional and took the time to answer any questions we had about their part in the creation of our new “room addition.”
Once the permit was issued, within a few days Dave arrived with Art and his crew to dig the hole. It is amazing how precise Art was with that huge backhoe.
At first, our visit to Luv Tile was a bit overwhelming because of all the choices. However, the process was made easier since they had the designs displayed and Linda sent home with whatever samples we requested.
With the arrival of Mark to install the tile and coping, things really started to take shape. He is a true artist who takes his time and obviously, he has great pride in his work. It was amazing to watch him during the week he was there working.
Then Mark and Jay showed up from Absolute Aluminum with the pool cage. It was something to watch all of the pieces, which were scattered on the ground, come together and the finished cage be formed.
We were floored when the PebbleTec “army” showed up and the installation process began. We LOVE Tahoe Blue and the lagoon look that it provides.
We are very proud of the final result and are happy that both Water Design and our builder have been sending folks over to see our pool. This tells us that you are also proud of your work and the final result.
A special thanks to Dave and Garry, you guys are terrific – what a great team you have at Water Design!! Once again, thanks for the fantastic job you have done. You have helped to complete our new home.

I would like to take a minute of your time to say what a wonderful job water designs did on the pool package at our new home. Great Job! Shanna took the time to work with us on design. We changed our minds several times and she was very patient and understanding. Gavin has been out several time showing us how all the equipment works. He has been so kind to answer all of our questions. The pool package has far exceeded our expectations. We are enjoying our pool and spa everyday. Everyone who sees our pool area asks the question who is your pool builder and we proudly answer Water Designs. In a time where customer service and high quality are almost extinct, it was a joy to work with a company like water designs.
